27 pure electric buses delivered to Pakistan

Recently, 27 Yutong pure electric buses purchased by Pakistan were successfully delivered and will soon be put into mass operation in Punjab, the largest province in Pakistan, to improve public transportation conditions for local residents. The "China Solution" has injected practical momentum for green transformation into China-Pakistan capacity cooperation.

As a populous country, Pakistan has an increasingly prominent contradiction between the carrying capacity of its traditional transportation network and its population size, resulting in continuous pressure on the efficiency of key nodes during peak hours. To this end, the Pakistani government is accelerating the green transformation strategy, and through reform measures such as energy structure adjustment and clean infrastructure investment, it has comprehensively solved the development dilemma, highlighting the urgency and policy priority of its green transformation. Taking green transportation as a starting point, the Punjab Provincial Government of Pakistan has introduced a large number of pure electric buses, relying on the clean electricity supply of the China-

Pakistan Economic Corridor to build a low-carbon public transportation system, and through fare subsidies and intelligent scheduling, it has coordinated efforts to reduce the commuting costs of low-income groups, achieve a win-win situation of environmental governance and social equity, and provide a practical model for the green transformation of South Asian cities. In view of the local high temperature and drought climate characteristics in summer, the vehicle is fully equipped with the industry's first power battery nitrogen protection system, which can control the power battery in an oxygen-free environment and effectively eliminate the fire hazard of the battery cell; the dual-center door design and front and rear partitioned seat layout are simultaneously adopted to optimize the passenger flow throughput efficiency during peak hours, and take into account the passenger capacity and the needs of special groups through differentiated space configuration.
